Duboroh is an artist and songwriter based in Barcelona. His sound blurs the lines between various genres, including synthwave, alternative rock and electronic music.

The project came to life after the artist spent some time on stage with local hardcore punk and math rock bands. Later, he decided to explore a different side of his creativity, making for a more eclectic tone. After learning more about music production, he worked on his debut EP, “01.10” (Kame Hame Music, 2019). His recordings follow D.I.Y. culture, and except from the mastering step, he curates each step of his releases.

From the intimacy of Bright Eyes and The Postal Service, to the lush soundscapes of Dan Deacon and Tycho, anything is possible.

El Tercer Semestre is not a pop band. They are a quartet, but not a string quartet. Not at all. El Tercer Semestre does rock. Instrumental rock. They build up soundtracks, music to wear for mystical adrenalinic psychedelic moods. That, if you take them seriously.

In this Barcelona based band, Ricard Garrido fires the drums; two guitars are being roasted by Josep Palumé and Enric Ponsa; and Toni Feliu punk-shapes the bass guitar. The foursome runs away from vanity and embraces live improvisation instead. Yet, El Tercer Semestre rehearsals every week with Tibetan monk religiosity.

Starting back in 2008 as a threesome, they released two albums with Aloud Music. Several venues witnessed them exploding hard at work, playing in festivals like AMFest or Embassa't and extensively touring Spain and Portugal.

Josep and Ricard met back in 1984. They've always played together in several rock and pop rock projects like Arrows, Bitter Bandit or Stupper Suids. Toni met Ricard in 2005 when he joined Ricard's alt-rock band Delivery. But it's probably Enric who deserves a Guinness World Record for the amount of projects he's been involved with.

El TercerSemestre initially mentioned Hannah Montana as their musical influence. But on a closer listening you may notice some Battles, Don Caballero, Hella, Mogwai, King Crimson, Circa Survive, Victor Wooteen or Wilco. Yes, they are eclectical.
